You are on your own path to success; there is no one-size fits all. But if you’re looking for ways that will help make the journey more comfortable, then do what I did when my career was struggling—stay late at work or send out some extra emails! And maybe learn something from someone else's experience too--you never know how much they might teach about themselves during conversation (or even just by being around). Don't cut corners because it feels hard now - keep pushing forward towards happiness & fulfillment through whatever means necessary.
